Quebec is a working family farm, based in the village of Sileby, Leicestershire.

 

Our family has farmed here for well over a century and it is now looked after by the fourth and fifth generations of the Astill family. We grow a variety of winter and spring cereal crops such as wheat, barley and oats, alongside rearing a flock of Lleyn ewes and lambs.
